Reformat Management is a trading name of Reformat Labs Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17047849. Our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX.
What we keep
When you send a form on this website, we keep your name, email address, company or social media handle, your message and the page you sent it from. A creator application also holds what you tell us about your channels, audience and brand work, and your phone number if you give it.
Why we keep it
We use these details to reply to you. If you are a creator, we use them to decide whether we can represent you. If you are a brand, we use them to plan your campaign. If we work together, we keep a record of what we agreed.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored in this website's database and, for creator applications and brand briefs, in ReformatOS, our creator management platform. Both are hosted by Cloudflare. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries, creator applications and brand briefs for 24 months and then delete them, unless we go on to work together. Records of creators we represent and brands we work with are kept for as long as we work together and for 6 years afterwards, for accounting and legal reasons.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It sets cookies on your device and Google processes the data for us. The admin area sets a sign-in cookie for our team only.
